1. ORDER POLICY
– When ordering please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
– Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide.
2. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Luzern Collections CURRENTLY SHIPS TO
1. Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
We ship orders via our dedicated courier from Posstore and/or Poslaju
- All prices on our website does not include shipping. Shipping cost will added during checkout.
- We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at the moment.
- We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
- We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as payment has been made.
- All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
– Typically Malaysia deliveries are made within ± 3 – 7 working days (estimated).
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
1. PLEASE READ & UNDERSTAND THE PRODUCT INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. THERE IS NO REFUND AND EXCHANGE DUE IN THE EVENT OF A CUSTOMER ERROR. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
3. NO EXCHANGE AND RETURN FOR WRONG SIZES, COLOURS & MATERIALS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
4. IF THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED, please inform us by Whatsapp or Email first for a refund or exchange . You can return your purchase for up to 5 days from the date of purchase. All return items must be returned in Unworn, Unaltered, Unwashed, Unironed. No returns will be accepted after 5 days.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging must be in place for a refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customers. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges will be borne by Luzern Collections.
